Shipping policy

Junoon ships across India through partnered courier services including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Bluedart.

Metro cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) typically receive orders in 4-6 business days; Tier 2 cities and remote pin codes may take 6-10 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. We do not offer cash on delivery, so all orders must be paid in full at checkout via UPI, card, or net banking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of confirmation, please email us at contact@wearjunoon.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

WearJunoon is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen events including natural disasters, strikes, and regulatory restrictions.

International shipping is not available at this time.
